iMartStore – Vendor Policy

At iMartStore, we aim to create a fair and transparent environment for our vendors. This Vendor Policy outlines the terms regarding commission, payments, and sales procedures for all registered vendors on our platform.


1. Free Trial Period

  • All new vendors joining iMartStore will enjoy a three (3) month free trial period starting from the date of their registration.
  • During this trial period:
    • No commission will be charged on sales made by the vendor.
    • Vendors will receive the full sale amount (after applicable taxes and payment gateway charges, if any).

2. Payment Release

  • Vendor payments will only be processed after the product has been confirmed as successfully delivered to the customer.
  • This ensures that customers receive their orders in satisfactory condition and helps maintain trust and credibility for all sellers on the platform.

3. Commission After the Free Trial

  • Once the initial three-month free trial is over, iMartStore will charge a 7.50% commission on each sale made by the vendor.
  • The commission is calculated on the final selling price of the product (excluding taxes and shipping).

Example:

  • If a product is sold for 1 GBP, iMartStore’s commission will be 7.50% of the sale price.
  • This equals 0.075 GBP (i.e., 1 × 7.50%).
  • The remaining amount will be paid to the vendor after deducting payment gateway fees and any other applicable charges.

4. Agreement and Acceptance

  • By registering as a vendor on iMartStore, you agree to abide by this Vendor Policy and any future amendments communicated by the platform.
  • iMartStore reserves the right to revise this policy with prior notice to all vendors.
